• Magnetic Annealing Process: Requires annealing in vacuum or argon atmosphere, holding at 900°C for 1 hour followed by slow cooling to below 500°C before removal, to eliminate internal stress and optimize magnetic domain orientation.

• Precision Machining Key Points: Turning/milling requires carbide tools with low speed and high feed; during stamping, mold clearance should be controlled at 5–8% of material thickness.
